Lauren Webb is an attorney and seasoned government affairs professional with a proven track record of guiding legislation through the Tennessee General Assembly. She brings deep expertise in state government, policy formation and strategy, government finance, and procurement with strong relationships across state and local leadership.
Before founding her firm, Lauren served as the Director of State Government Affairs for Imperium Public Strategies, advocating for clients and advancing key legislative and procurement goals.
Lauren previously spent over a decade in state government, including as the Legislative Director for the Tennessee Comptroller of the Treasury where she led the legislative team, advised on policy, and testified regularly before legislative committees. Further, she served in Governor Bill Haslam's administration as a legislative liaison for the Tennessee Department of Finance and Administration and on the Governor's Legislative Team. In this role, she helped to advance Administration priorities, including the Annual Appropriations Act.
Lauren studied at the University of Tennessee and received her law degree from Southern Illinois University School of Law. She is a member of the Tennessee Archaeological Advisory Council and the Adoption Project's Policy Committee.
In her spare time, Lauren enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, John, and their two sons.
